تأثیر سولفاتمس بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی و خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیک چهار رقم گندم (.Triticum aestivum L) | ||

چکیده | ||
وجود سولفاتمس در آب و خاک میتواند منجر به کاهش جوانهزنی و استقرار گیاهچه و همچنین کاهش رشد و تولید گیاهان شود. بدین منظور آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه زراعت دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه یاسوج اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل غلظتهای مختلف سولفاتمس (صفر، 10، 20، 30 و 40 میلیگرم در لیتر) و ارقام مختلف گندم (ارگ، بهار، بککراس روشن و روشن) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین بنیه طولی (88/23 میلیمتر)، بنیه وزنی (54/18 میلیگرم) و وزن خشک گیاهچه (54/18 میلیگرم) از رقم روشن در غلظت صفر سولفاتمس حاصل شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان قندهای محلول کل (49/1 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن تر برگ) از رقم بککراس روشن در غلظت 40 میلیگرم در لیتر سولفاتمس و بیشترین میزان پرولین (79/0 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن تر برگ) از رقم بهار در غلظت 40 میلیگرم در لیتر سولفاتمس بهدست آمد. در بین اثرات اصلی سولفاتمس بیشترین ذخیره مصرفی بذر (45/18 میلیگرم)، کارایی استفاده از ذخایر بذر (77/0 میلیگرم بر میلیگرم بذر)، درصد تخلیه ذخایر بذر (01/43 درصد) و سرعت جوانهزنی (19/11) از غلظت صفر و در بین ارقام مختلف گندم بیشترین ذخیره مصرفی بذر (10/18 میلیگرم) و درصد تخلیه ذخایر بذر (89/39 درصد) از رقم روشن، بیشترین کارایی استفاده از ذخایر بذر (76/0 میلیگرم بر میلیگرم بذر) از رقم ارگ و بیشترین سرعت جوانهزنی (94/10) از رقم بککراس روشن حاصل شد. در بین ارقام مختلف گندم، رقم روشن و بککراس روشن از لحاظ تحمل به سولفاتمس نسبت به ارقام بهار و ارگ برتری داشتند | ||
