بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی با تراباند بر سطح سرمی اینترلوکین15، تعادل و قدرت عضلانی زنان سالمند | ||

چکیده | ||
هدف: افزایش سن با کاهش سطح اینترلوکین15 عضله و سرم و همچنین تحلیل عضلات و در نتیجه کاهش قدرت عضلانی همراه میباشد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر هشت هفتته تمرین مقاومتی با تراباند بر سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین15، تعادل و قدرت عضلانی زنان سالمند بود. روششناسی: در این پژوهش نیمه تجربی 18 زن سالمند (سن: 79/4 ± 66/73 سال)،(شاخص توده بدن: 25/3 ± 6/25) بطور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی (10 نفر) و کنترل (8 نفر) تقسیم شدند. برنامهی تمرینی گروه تجربی شامل 40 دقیقه تمرین مقاومتی با تراباند به مدت 8 هفته و با تواتر 3 بار در هفته بود. چهل و هشت ساعت قبل و بعد از اجرای برنامه تمرینی میزان تعادل، قدرت پنجهها و پایین تنه توسط دینامومتر اندازه گیری شد و نمونه گیری خون از آزمودنیها در حالت ناشتا انجام شد و میزان اینترلوکین15 در سرم با روش الایزا اندازهگیری شد. یافتهها: سطح سرمی اینترلوکین15 (029/0=P) ، تعادل (003/0=P) ،قدرت پنجه دست راست (010/0=P)، قدرت پنجه دست چپ (001/0=P) و قدرت پایین تنه (001/0=P) در گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش معنی داری یافته است. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس این یافتهها میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد تمرین مقاومتی با تراباند میتواند به بهبود تعادل و قدرت در افراد سالمند منجر شود و تغییرات ایجاد شده در قدرت بر اثر تمرین مقاومتی با تغییرات اینترلوکین15 ارتباط دارد. | ||
