بررسی اثر پیشتیمار بذر بر پارامترهای جوانه زنی، هدایت الکتریکی، نشت پتاسیم و برخی صفات گیاهچه حاصل از بذر پیر شده لوبیا چیتی رقم خمین (Phaseolus vulgaris L. Var. Khomeyn) | ||

چکیده | ||
پیری بذر سبب کاهش کیفیت و جوانه زنی بذر و نهایتا گیاهچه تولیدی میشود. این آزمایش با هدف بررسی امکان ترمیم اثرات مضر پیری بذر لوبیا چیتی، در آزمایشگاه فیزیولوژی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه لرستان به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1395 اجرا شد. عوامل آزمایش شامل پیری بذر در دو سطح (پیرنشده و پیرشده)، و پیشتیمار بذر در پنج سطح (شاهد(بدون پرایم)، هیدروپرایمینگ، جیبرلین 100 پیپیام، اسید سالیسیلیک 14پیپیام، ترکیب جیبرلین 100و سالیسیلیک اسید 14 پیپیام) بود. نتایج نشان داد که با پیرشدن بذر درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی، سرعت مصرف مواد ذخیرهای، شاخص بنیهی بذر و یکنواختی جوانهزنی کاهش یافت اما هدایت الکتریکی، نشت پتاسیم، نشت کلسیم و زمان تا 50 درصد جوانهزنی افزایش یافت. پیشتیمار بذر و بویژه پیشتیمار هورمونی سبب بهبود کیفیت بذر شد. تیمار جیبرلین 100 پیپیام موثرترین تیمار در کاهش نشت پتاسیم و افزایش سرعت جوانه زنی بود. | ||
