چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر کاربرد قارچ میکوریزا، محلولپاشی و کاربرد خاکی کود فلومیکس بر عملکرد و برخی ویژگیهای کیفی گیاه ذرت، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شاهرود در سال زراعی 93- 1392 اجرا شد. در این آزمایش، همزیستی میکوریزایی در دو سطح شامل بدون همزیستی و همزیستی قارچ میکوریزا، محلولپاشی فلومیکس در سه سطح شامل بدون مصرف، یکبار مصرف و دو بار مصرف و کاربرد خاکی فلومیکس شامل بدون مصرف، یکبار مصرف و دو بار مصرف اعمال شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس بیانگر افزایش معنیدار صفات کلونیزاسیون ریشه و فسفر دانه تحت تأثیر همزیستی میکوریزا و محلولپاشی فلومیکس بود. کلونیزاسیون ریشه و عملکرد دانه تحت تأثیر محلولپاشی و کاربرد خاکی فلومیکس قرار گرفتند. نتایج مقایسه میانگین نشان داد که تیمار کاربرد قارچ میکوریزا + دو بار محلولپاشی فلومیکس، مقدار کلونیزاسیون ریشه و فسفر دانه را بهترتیب از 22/37 درصد و 83/1 پیپیام در تیمار بدون کاربرد قارچ و محلولپاشی به 22/67 درصد و 06/5 پیپیام افزایش داد. تیمار کاربرد قارچ میکوریزا + دو بار محلولپاشی فلومکیس توانست میزان عملکرد دانه را از 1144 کیلوگرم بر هکتار در تیمار بدون کاربرد قارچ میکوریزا + بدون محلولپاشی به 2155 کیلوگرم در هکتار افزایش دهد. | ||
