چکیده | ||
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر افزودن پودر سماق و ویتامین E به جیره بر وزن بدن و اندامهای درونی، فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی و کیفیت گوشت در جوجههای گوشتی پس از القاء تنش با دگزامتازون بود. تعداد 96 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر به شش گروه تقسیم و به مدت 35 روز با جیره پایه تغذیه شدند. از روز 10 به جیره پایهی چهار گروه پودرسماق (25/0، 5/0و 75/0درصد) و ویتامین E (mg/kg20) افزوده شد. دو گروه نیز همزمان به عنوان گروه شاهد منفی (بدون تزریق دگزامتازون) و شاهد مثبت (با تزریق دگزامتازون) حضور داشتند. از روز 28 همه جوجهها بجز شاهد منفی، دگزامتازون (mg/kg BW2) دریافت کردند. در پایان آزمایش جوجهها توزین، ذبح و خونگیری شدند. دگزامتازون وزن نهایی، وزن نسبی لاشه، سینه، طحال و بورس (به ترتیب80/1432گرم، 40/59، 86/21، 07/0و 035/0) را نسبت به گروه شاهد منفی (به ترتیب 67/ 1783گرم، 32/60، 98/22، 121/0و051/0) کاهش و وزن نسبی کبد، قلب، پیش معده و سنگدان، نیروی برشی گوشت، پروتئین و کلسترولکل پلاسما (به ترتیب 08/3، 49/0، 45/0، 95/1، 836/0نیوتن، 45/5 و 45/255میلیگرم در دسیلیتر) را نسبت به گروه شاهد منفی (به ترتیب 55/2، 42/0، 36/0، 58/1، 375/0نیوتن، 45/4، 32/179 میلیگرم در دسیلیتر) افزایش داد (05/0>P). نیروی برشی گوشت در تیمار 5/0 و 75/0 درصد پودر سماق (به ترتیب452/0و 428/0نیوتن)، نسبت به گروه شاهد مثبت (836/0 نیوتن) کاهش یافت (05/0>P). بهطور کلی افزودن ویتامین E و پودر سماق به جیره از کاهش وزن القایی توسط دگزامتازون ممانعت نکرد و فراسنجههای خونی تحت تاثیر قرار نگرفت، اما سطوح 5/0و 75/0درصد پودر سماق منجر به کاهش میزان نیروی برشی عضله سینه شد. | ||
