اثر پرایمینگ بذر بر عملکرد دانه و روغن گلرنگ تحت شرایط کم آبیاری | ||

چکیده | ||
بهمنظور اثر پرایمینگ بذر بر عملکرد دانه و روغن گلرنگ تحت کمآبیاری آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای یک بار خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه دانشگاه پیام نور زابل در سال زراعی 92-1391 اجرا شد. آبیاری در سه سطح شامل آبیاری در تمام مراحل رشد (روزت، ساقه رفتن، طبقدهی، گلدهی و پرشدن دانه)، قطع آبیاری در روزت، ساقه رفتن، طبقدهی و آبیاری در گلدهی و پرشدن دانه، آبیاری در مراحل روزت، ساقه رفتن، طبقدهی و قطع آبیاری در مراحل گلدهی و پرشدن دانه؛ بهعنوان کرت اصلی و پرایمینگ بذر در پنج سطح شامل بدون پرایم، پرایم با آب مقطر، پرایم با سولفات روی یک درصد، پرایم با نیترات پتاسیم یک درصد و پرایم با نیترات پتاسیم دو درصد؛ بهعنوان کرت فرعی بودند. نتایج نشان داد با کاهش رطوبت قابل استفاده در خاک در تیمارهای ساقه رفتن و گلدهی تعداد طبق در بوته، دانه در طبق، وزن هزاردانه، عملکرد دانه و روغن کاهش یافت. میزان کاهش عملکرد دانه در این تیمارها بهترتیب حدود 20 و 45 درصد بود. عملکرد دانه و درصد روغن در حالت اسموپرایمینگ بذر با سولفات روی یک درصد و نیترات پتاسیم دو درصد نسبت به عدم پرایم بهترتیب 19 و 14 درصد بیشتر بودند. بر اساس نتایج در کشت بهاره گلرنگ، آبیاری در تمام مراحل رشد می بایست انجام و پرایمینگ بذر نیز نسبت به عدم پرایم دارای برتری میباشد. | ||
