| در این پژوهش اثرات پروبیوتیکی باکتری Lactobacillus curvatus جدا شده از استخر پرورش ماهی برای مطالعات آسیبشناسی بافتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بچهماهیان سفید با وزن تقریبی 58/1±05/8 گرم به طور تصادفی به شش گروه شامل گروه شاهد، گروه تیمار با L. curvatus (108 واحد تشکیلدهنده کلونی در گرم)، گروه تیمار با سرب (12 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، گروه تیمار با کادمیوم (4 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، گروه تیمار با سرب (12 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) + L. curvatus (108 واحد تشکیلدهنده کلونی در گرم) و گروه تیمار با کادمیوم (4 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) + L. curvatus (108 واحد تشکیلدهنده کلونی در گرم) تقسیم شدند و ترکیبات آزمایشی به جیره غذایی آنها اضافه شد. هر تیمار در سه تکرار انجام شد. ماهیان به مدت ۵۶ روز در این تیمارها نگهداری شدند. سپس از روده و کبد ماهیان برای بررسی آسیبشناسی بافتی نمونهبرداری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در تیمار حاوی سرب و کادمیوم در روده بچهماهیان، پرخونی (کم)، وجود سلولهای خونی در لامینا پروپریا، نکروز سلولهای انتروسیت و میکروویلیها و واکوئل سلولی مشاهده شد. بررسی آسیبشناسی بافتی کبد، پرخونی و خونریزی (زیاد)، نکروز سلولی (زیاد) و واکوئله شدن سلولی (کم) را نشان داد. پس از بررسی بافتهای کبد و روده ماهیان در معرض فلزات سنگین سرب و کادمیوم در مقایسه با تیمارهای حاوی پروبیوتیک، ترمیم بافتها در تیمارهای حاوی پروبیوتیک مشاهده شد. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج، در این مرحله تاثیر مطلوبی بر بافت کبد مشاهده شد. | ||
