| ساقهخوار ذرت Sesamia cretica Led. (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) از مخربترین آفات ذرت در ایران به شمار میرود. استفاده از کودها و در دسترس قرار دادن برخی عناصر غذایی میتواند منجر به کاهش قابل توجه فعالیت آفت و پیشگیری از خسارت ناشی از آن شود. عنصر سیلیسیم میتواند باعث افزایش مقاومت گیاه در برابر حمله آفات و بیماریهای گیاهی شود. در این پژوهش تاثیر تیمارهای کود سیلیکات کلسیم، کود سیلیکات پتاسیم و تلفیق استفاده از کود سیلیکات کلسیم و پتاسیم بهصورت محلولپاشی بر میزان آلودگی به ساقهخوار S. cretica و عملکرد ذرت در شرایط مزرعه در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارهای مختلف کود سیلیکات در مقایسه با شاهد باعث کاهش معنیدار درصد مرگ جوانه مرکزی ذرت در اثر فعالیت ساقهخوار ذرت شد. در بررسی ساقهها در زمان برداشت، تیمار محلولپاشی سیلیکات کلسیم و تیمار تلفیقی سیلیکات کلسیم و پتاسیم کاهش معنیداری را از نظر درصد ساقه و میانگره آلوده نشان داد. همه تیمارهای کودی مورد بررسی در عملکرد خشک و تر ذرت در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد افزایش معنیداری داشتند. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، محلولپاشی انواع فرمولاسیون سیلیکات هم بهصورت سیلیکات کلسیم و هم بهصورت سیلیکات پتاسیم و مصرف تلفیقی آنها میتواند علاوه بر افزایش عملکرد ذرت، میزان آلودگی به ساقهخوار ذرت را نیز کاهش دهد. بنابراین، کاربرد این دو نوع فرمولاسیون از کود سیلیکات در مدیریت ساقه خوار ذرت بسته به شرایط بهتنهایی یا بهصورت تلفیقی قابل توصیه است | ||
