| پوست بادام محصول جانبی صنعت فرآوری بادام میباشد که اثر آن در تغذیه حشرات ناشناخته مانده است. سوپرورم (Zophobas morio) حشرهای خوراکی با ارزش غذایی بالا و توانایی زیستتبدیلی پسماندهای آلی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر جایگزینی سبوس گندم با پودر پوست سبز بادام در سطوح 0، 25، 50، 75 و 100 درصد (وزنی/وزنی) بر شاخصهای عملکرد رشد لاروهای سن ششم سوپرورم در شرایط آزمایشگاهی به مدت شش هفته انجام پذیرفت. نتایج بهدست آمده نشان داد که جایگزینی 25 درصد از جیره با پوست بادام، تأثیر منفی معنیداری بر شاخصهای کلیدی رشد شامل نرخ رشد نسبی (0/0137در مقایسه با 0/0154 میلیگرم/میلیگرم/روز در شاهد)، درصد افزایش وزن (78/33در مقایسه با 87/81درصد)، نرخ تبدیل غذا (3/27 در مقایسه با 2/92) و نرخ زندهمانی (93 در مقایسه با 100 درصد) در پایان روز 42 نداشت (P>0.05). با افزایش سطح جایگزینی به مقادیر 50 درصد و بالاتر، تمام شاخصهای عملکرد بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت و تولید فضولات افزایش نشان داد؛ بهطوریکه در تیمار 100 درصد، نرخ رشد نسبی به صفر نزدیک شد، درصد افزایش وزن به 14/88- درصد رسید. نرخ زندهمانی نیز به 38 درصد کاهش یافت و نرخ تولید فضولات از 1/81 در شاهد به 4/95 افزایش یافت. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد که پوست سبز بادام به دلیل ترکیب شیمیایی نامتوازن (پروتئین پائین و فیبر بالا)، گزینه مناسبی برای پرورش انبوه سوپرورم محسوب نمیشود و کاربرد آن فقط در سطوح پائین (تا ۲۵٪) و با هدف مدیریت پسماند کشاورزی قابل توجیه است. | ||
