| چکیده | ||
| در دهه های اخیر به دلیل تأثیرات مخرب زیست محیطی ناشی از تولید سیمان پرتلند، پژوهشگران را به مطالعه بر روی جایگزینهایی پایدار و سازگار با محیط زیست نظیر مصالح ژئوپلیمری سوق داده است. یکی از چالشهای اصلی در استفاده از ملاتهای ژئوپلیمری، ارزیابی رفتار آنها در محیطهای خورنده، بهویژه محیطهای اسیدی است. در این پژوهش، تأثیر استفاده از میکروسیلیس در درصدهای جایگزینی وزنی ۵، ۱۰، ۱۵ و ۲۰ درصد بهعنوان جایگزین جزئی برای متاکائولن در ملات ژئوپلیمری بررسی شده است. فعالکننده قلیایی هیدروکسید سدیم ، با دو غلظت ۶ مولار و ۱۲ مولار، بکار گرفته شده و تمامی نمونهها تحت روش عملآوری تسریعشده قرار گرفتند. با هدف ارزیابی دوام، نمونهها پس از عملآوری اولیه به مدت ۲۸ روز در محلول اسید سولفوریک با pH=1 نگهداری شدند. نتایج آزمایش مقاومت فشاری نشان داد که افزایش درصد جایگزینی میکروسیلیس و افزایش غلظت هیدروکسید سدیم، مقاومت ۲۸ روزه را به طور موثری بهبود میبخشد. جایگزینی۲۰٪ میکروسیلیس در غلظت ۱۲ مولار، مقاومت فشاری را بیش از ۵۵٪ و مقاومت خمشی را بیش از ۳۷٪ نسبت به نمونه فاقد میکروسیلیس بهبود بخشید. همچنین، نتایج حاکی از آن است که استفاده از میکروسیلیس در ملات ژئوپلیمری، دوام را به مقدار قابل توجهی افزایش داده و کاهش مقاومت فشاری ناشی از محیط اسیدی را به حداقل میرساند. این یافتهها، مسیر را برای کاربرد ملاتهای ژئوپلیمری در محیطهای تهاجمی هموار میکند. | ||
