| چکیده | ||
| مرحله جوانه زنی یکی از مهمترین و حساسترین مراحل زندگی یک گیاه محسوب می شود. بروز تنش خشکی روی گیاه مادری می تواند سبب کاهش جوانه زنی و رشد بذور گیاهان تحت این شرایط شود. از سوی دیگر تغذیه مناسب گیاه مادری نقش مهمی در تولید بذرهای با بنیه زیاد دارد. استفاده از ترکیبات زیستی و آلی در تنشهای محیطی سبب تولید بذور با قابلیت جوانه زنی بهتر میشود. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر منابع تغذیه ای و تنش خشکی بر خصوصیات جوانهزنی بذرهای حاصل از گیاه مادری گل گاوزبان ایرانی (Echium amoenum)، در شهرستان نورآباد ممسنی واقع در استان فارس، به صورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار اجرا شد. عامل اصلی شامل رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری در سه سطح، بدون تنش (آبیاری با تأمین 100 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه)، تنش ملایم (آبیاری با تأمین 75 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه) و تنش شدید (آبیاری با تأمین 50 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه) و عامل فرعی به صورت فاکتوریل شامل قارچ مایکوریزا گونه تجاری Glomus mosae در دو سطح (بدون قارچ و تلقیح با قارچ) و سطوح تغذیهای شامل: شاهد، تأمین 100 درصد نیتروژن از طریق کمپوست دامی، تأمین 100 درصد نیتروژن از طریق کمپوست دامی زئولیتی، تأمین 50 درصد نیتروژن از طریق کمپوست دامی زئولیتی و کود شیمیایی بود. نتایج نشان داد که با تأمین 100 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه، حداکثر جوانهزنی، بنیه بذر، طول ریشهچه، طول ساقهچه، وزن خشک گیاهچه و وزن هزار دانه حاصل شد. مایکوریزا آربوسکولار توانست سبب افزایش صفات فوق در مقایسه با گیاهان غیرمایکوریزایی شود. در بین تیمارهای تغذیهای، بیشترین میزان این صفات به خصوص درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی مربوط به تیمار تأمین 100 درصد نیتروژن از طریق کمپوست دامی زئولیتی بود. زمان تا شروع 50 درصد جوانهزنی بذور گیاه گل گاوزبان ایرانی و هدایت الکتریکی آنها با افزایش تنش خشکی افزایش یافت. تلقیح با مایکوریزا سبب کاهش زمان تا شروع 50 درصد جوانهزنی و مقدار هدایت الکتریکی بذرها شد. همچنین کمترین زمان تا شروع 50 درصد جوانهزنی و مقدار هدایت الکتریکی مربوط به تأمین 100 درصد نیتروژن از طریق کمپوست دامی زئولیتی بود. در مجموع نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که قارچ مایکوریزا گونه Glomus mosae و کمپوست (به خصوص تیمار تأمین 100 درصد نیتروژن از طریق کمپوست دامی زئولیتی) توانست درصد و سایر خصوصیات مرتبط با جوانهزنی و اثرات منفی ناشی از تنش خشکی را بهبود دهد. | ||
