| هدف: بسیاری از زنان ورزشکار در مقطعی احساس میکنند که مجبور هستند بین مادر شدن و ادامه حرفهای ورزشی خود تصمیمات دشواری اتخاذ کنند. با توجه به روند رو به رشد مشارکت زنان در ورزشهای قهرمانی و همزمان انتظارات مادری از آنان پژوهش حاضر به بررسی چالشها و تسهیلگرهای فرآیند مادر شدن در ورزش ایران پرداخته است. روششناسی: این پژوهش بر مبنای رویکرد کیفی و با بهرهگیری از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل زنان ورزشکار و کارشناسان این حوزه بود که 11 مصاحبه نیمهساختار یافته با آنان صورت گرفت. تحلیل دادهها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت گرفت. یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها به شناسایی 104 مضمون پایه منجر شد. همچنین مضامین فراگیر شامل قانونگرایی، سبک زندگی، حمایتطلبی، قدرت ریسک، بیولوژیک مادرانه، توانمندی مالی، گفتمانهای رایج، هویت چندگانه و ارزشمندی شناسایی شد که در سه بخش قبل، حین و بعد از بارداری تقسیم بندی شدند. نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد سیاستها و حکمرانی در ورزش زنان باید متناسب با ابعاد چهارگانه زمینه، فرصت، انتظارت و اقدامات از دریچه نگاه زنان ورزشکار ایران در سه مرحله قبل، حین و بعد از بارداری باشد. تفسیر اقدامات باید متناسب با ویژگیهای ورزشکار، ساختار ورزش و باشگاهی زنان باشد. در این راستا علاوه بر تلاش برای بهبود وضعیت فرهنگی مادر شدن ورزشکاران، حمایت و آموزش زنان، باشگاه و جامعه در هر سه مرحله ضروری مینماید. | ||
