| در این مطالعه، تاثیرات محلولپاشی همزمان اسید سالیسیلیک (SA) و اسید جاسمونیک (JA) بر ترکیبات فنلی، کلروفیل، کاروتنوئید و میزان آلودگی به مراحل مختلف رشدی مگس میوه زیتون (Bactrocera oleae) در سه رقم زیتون «آمیگدالیفولیا»، «فیشمی» و «کالاماتا» در باغ ایستگاه تحقیقات زیتون رودبار استان گیلان طی دو سال آزمایشی (۱۴۰۰–۱۴۰۱) بررسی شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل براساس رقم × تیمار × سال اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل اسید جاسمونیک با غلظتهای 1 و 2 میلیگرم بر لیتر در ترکیب با اسید سالیسیلیک 1 و 2 میلیمولار بههمراه شاهد بودند. نمونهبرداری میوه در مراحل مختلف رشد انجام شد و میزان آلودگی در تخم، سنین مختلف لاروی و شفیره ثبت شد. ترکیب با دز بالاتر دو اسید بیشترین افزایش فنل کل، کلروفیل و کاروتنوئید را در میوههای سالم ایجاد کرد. در میوههای آلوده نیز این تیمار موجب کاهش معنیدار آلودگی در مراحل نابالغ آفت شد. در بین ارقام، رقم «آمیگدالیفولیا» بیشترین پاسخ به تیمارها را نشان داد. افزایش ترکیبات فنلی و آنتیاکسیدانی با کاهش آلودگی مگس میوه رابطه معکوس داشت که نشان میدهد ارتقای این ویژگیهای بیوشیمیایی میتواند در مقاومت میوه نقش داشته باشد. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد که کاربرد همزمان اسید سالیسیلیک واسید جاسمونیک بهعنوان رویکردی زیستسازگار برای ارتقای مقاومت میزبان و مدیریت مگس میوه زیتون در باغهای زیتون موثر است. | ||
