| چکیده | ||
| ارزیابی غیرمخرب خواص بتن در روزهای اولیه ساخت، برای اطمینان از کسب مقاومت کافی جهت تداوم فرآیند اجرا، امری حیاتی است. روش بلوغ به عنوان ابزاری مؤثر برای تخمین مقاومت فشاری بر پایه دمای هیدراسیون بتن شناخته میشود؛ با این حال، نیاز این روش به اندازهگیری تاریخچه دمای درون بتن با استفاده از تجهیزات ابزار دقیق، چالشی عملی در محل پروژه ایجاد میکند. این پژوهش با هدف ارائه یک روش تقریبی و کاربردیتر برای سایت، به بررسی امکان جایگزینی تاریخچه دمای محیط به جای دمای درون بتن در مدل بلوغ پرداخته است. بدین منظور، نتایج حاصل از روش استاندارد بلوغ و روش پیشنهادی مبتنی بر دمای محیط، با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. ارزیابیها بر روی بتن در سنین کمتر از 28 روز و در دو شرایط محیطی متفاوت (فصل گرم و سرد) انجام پذیرفت. یافتههای کمی تحقیق نشان داد که حداکثر اختلاف نسبی تخمین مقاومت در روش جدید، در دوره گرم سال، ۵ درصد و در دوره سرد سال، ۱۰درصد میباشد. با توجه به این مقادیر خطای محدود، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که استفاده از دمای محیط به عنوان داده ورودی، روش بلوغ را به یک راهکار عملی و مقرونبهصرفه برای تخمین مقاومت اولیه بتن در سایت تبدیل میکند و وابستگی به سختافزارهای پیچیده را کاهش میدهد | ||
