| چکیده | ||
| هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین تاثیر تجربه گردشگری بر رضایت؛ قصد بازگشت مجدد و دلبستگی گردشگران ورزشی است. روششناسی: این پژوهش با روش فراتحلیل و رویکرد کمی انجام شد و هدف آن ترکیب و تحلیل نظاممند مطالعات داخلی و خارجی تجربه گردشگری ورزشی طی سالهای ۲۰۰۴ تا ۲۰۲۴ بود. در نهایت 22 مطالعه برای تحلیل نهایی و ورود به نرمافزار انتخاب شد. دادهها با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و با نرمافزار CMA2 تحلیل و اندازه اثر هر مطالعه محاسبه شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد از 22 مطالعه موجود در این پژوهش تعداد 19 مطالعه از نوع مقالات بودند؛ بیشترین حجم نمونه مربوط به مطالعه هالمن و همکاران (2021) بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد متغیر تجربه گردشگری میتواند بر رضایتمندی، دلبستگی و نیت بازگشت مجدد گردشگران رویدادهای ورزشی تاثیر معنیداری داشته باشد. نتایج خروجی نرمافزار نیز اندازه اثر تمامی مطالعات را بالاتر از حد متوسط و معنیدار گزارش نمود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج فراتحلیل حاضر نشان داد تجربه رویدادهای ورزشی تأثیر معناداری بر سه مؤلفهی رضایتمندی، دلبستگی و قصد بازگشت مجدد دارد. این یافتهها بهطور کلی نشان میدهند که کیفیت تجربه شرکت در رویدادهای ورزشی نهتنها در ایجاد رضایت مؤثر است، بلکه میتواند سبب شکلگیری روابط عاطفی پایدار با رویداد و تمایل به بازگشت مجدد شود. بنابراین، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که ارتقای عناصر مرتبط با تجربه مثبت در رویدادهای ورزشی نقش حیاتی در حفظ و توسعهی مخاطبان دارد و باید در طراحی و مدیریت این رویدادها بهطور جدی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. | ||
