چکیده | ||
پاندمی COVID-19. این بحران جهانی، چالشهای بیسابقهای را برای سیستمهای بهداشتی و دولتی در سرتاسر جهان به وجود آورد و نشان داد که چگونه ناتوانی در مدیریت بحرانهای بهداشتی میتواند عواقب وخیمی برای حق بر سلامت شهروندان داشته باشد.این مقاله به بررسی دامنه مسئولیت دولتها در شیوع و گسترش این پاندمی و تأثیرات آن بر حق بر سلامت میپردازد. با توجه به اینکه حق بر سلامت یکی از حقوق اساسی بشر است، دولتها موظفند تا با اتخاذ تدابیر پیشگیرانه، تأمین منابع بهداشتی و درمانی، و اطلاعرسانی شفاف به مردم، این حق را برای شهروندان خود تضمین کنند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد که ضعف در مدیریت بحران نه تنها سلامت عمومی را تهدید میکند، بلکه میتواند به نقض حقوق بشر و افزایش نابرابریها منجر شود.در این راستا ضمن بهره گیری از نظریات مرتبط از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی استفاده خواهیم نمود و بهره خواهیم گرفت. | ||
