| چکیده | ||
| هدف: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و طبقهبندی عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود عملکرد کاروان ورزشی ایران در بازیهای آسیایی و المپیک و همچنین ارائه راهکارهایی کاربردی برای ارتقای این عملکرد انجام شده است. روششناسی: روش پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد نظریه دادهبنیاد و به شیوه ظاهرشونده گلیزری بکار گرفته شد. جامعه آماری شامل مسئولان وزارت ورزش و جوانان، مدیران کمیته ملی المپیک، رؤسا و دبیران فدراسیونها و اعضای هیأت علمی رشته علومورزشی، و همچنین مربیان و ورزشکاران بود. نمونهگیری بهصورت نظری انجام شد و با انجام ۲۵ مصاحبه، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. دادهها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: در مجموع 296 شاخص شناسایی شد که در سه سطح خرد، میانی و کلان و در قالب ۲۰ مضمون اصلی و 66 مضمون فرعی دستهبندی شدند. در سطح خرد، عواملی چون فیزیولوژیکی و جسمانی، روانشناختی، مهارتهای فنی، شناختی و اخلاقی شناسایی شدند. در سطح میانی، مضامینی از جمله مدیریت و سیاستگذاری ورزشی، مدیریت منابع مالی، سرمایهگذاری راهبردی، رویدادها، حمایت و پشتیبانی، امکانات و تجهیزات، منابع انسانی، رسانه و پژوهش برجسته بودند. در سطح کلان نیز عواملی نظیر شرایط اقتصادی، روابط سیاسی، قوانین و مقررات، عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی، فناوریهای نوین و محیط جغرافیایی مورد توجه قرار گرفت. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که بهبود عملکرد کاروان ورزشی ایران مستلزم توجه همزمان به عوامل چندسطحی خرد، میانی و کلان است. یکپارچگی و هماهنگی میان این عوامل میتواند زمینهساز موفقیتهای ورزشی پایدار در عرصه بینالمللی شود. | ||
