| این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر تزریق آهسته رهش هورمون 17بتا-استرادیول (E2) بر عملکرد رشد تاسماهیان سیبری (Acipenser baerii) ماده در مراحل مختلف رسیدگی جنسی انجام شد. بدین منظور، ماهی ها به سه دسته از نظر مرحله رسیدگی جنسی (II، III و IV) تقسیم و هر مرحله رسیدگی به دو گروه (5 عدد ماهی به ازای هر گروه) در تیمار E2 (دریافت کننده 2 میلیگرم E2 به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن ماهی) و شاهد (دریافت کننده 2/0 میلیلیتر روغن نارگیل بدون هورمون E2 به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن ماهی) تقسیم شدند. میانگین وزن ماهیان در مراحل II، III و IV بهترتیب 7/60 ± 3920، 48/224 ± 6160 و 36/266 ± 7285 گرم بود و تزریق هر دو ماه یکبار بهصورت داخلصفاقی انجام شد. دوره آزمایش 4 ماه به درازا کشید و در ابتدای هر ماه زیست سنجی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین وزن نهایی (93/320 ± 7950 گرم) در تیمار E2 مرحله IV و کمترین وزن نهایی (47/137 ± 4170 گرم) در زمان 30 روز و به ترتیب در گروه شاهد و تیمار E2 مرحله II مشاهده شد که با دیگر گروه ها اختلاف معنی دار داشتند (05/0>P). بالاترین میزان دیگر شاخصهای رشد شامل وزن به دست آمده، نرخ رشد ویژه، درصد افزایش وزن بدن و میانگین رشد روزانه در زمان 90 روز و در گروه تیمار E2 مرحله II مشاهده شد که با دیگر گروه های آزمایشی اختلاف معنی دار داشتند (05/0>P). بر اساس نتایج، تزریق آهستهرهش E2 بسته به مرحله رسیدگی جنسی ماهی می تواند بر عملکرد رشد تاسماهیان سیبری مولد ماده تأثیر بگذارد. به نظر میرسد که در مراحل اولیه رسیدگی جنسی، E2 با تحریک محور رشد، به رشد سریعتر بدنی کمک میکند، در حالی که در مراحل پیشرفتهتر، E2 با تأثیر بر سوخت و ساز و توزیع انرژی، به رشد گنادها و آمادهسازی برای تولیدمثل کمک میکند. این یافتهها نشان میدهد که زمان و مرحله رسیدگی جنسی در پاسخ به تیمار E2 نقش مهمی ایفا می کنند. | ||
