| زندانهایکشور با چالش ازدحامجمعیت روبرو هستند و یکی از عوامل تکرارجرم،نبود فرصتهایشغلی برای زندانیانسابق است که به بازگشت آنان به جرم منجرمیشود.نهادهایزندان با ارائه برنامههایتوانمندسازی اقتصادی نقشمهمی در افزایش مهارتها و شخصیتسازیزندانیان دارند،اما این برنامهها همیشه در افزایش نیاتکارآفرینی مؤثر نبودهاند.فرضیه اصلی این تحقیق نشانمیدهد که روحیهکارآفرینی بالا با کاهش نرخ تکرارجرم در ارتباط معکوس است.دادهها از طریق روش-نمونهگیریتصادفی از بین556 نمونه از زندانیان دو جرم سرقت و کلاهبرداری در زندانمرکزی تهران جمعآوری و با استفاده از آزمون شاپیرو-ویلک،تحلیلواریانس و ضریبهمبستگی پیرسون بررسی شدند.نتایج نشانمیدهد که میان تحصیلات،سن،تأهل و سواد مالی با روحیهکارآفرینی رابطهمثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و این روحیه با کاهش تکرارجرم ارتباط دارد.همچنین،مجرمان کلاهبردار نسبت به سارقین روحیهکارآفرینی بالاتری دارند.در نهایت، پیشنهاد میشود که برنامههای آموزشی کسبوکار برای زندانیان در آستانه آزادی و محکومانسابق اجرا شود تا احتمال خوداشتغالی و کاهش تکرارجرم افزایشیابد. | ||
