| چکیده | ||
| هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه چارچوبی مفهومی برای شناسایی و تبیین عوامل کلیدی تعیینکننده مهاجرت ورزشکاران نخبه در ایران است. روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع پژوهش نیز جزو مطالعات کیفی بود که با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد به انجام رسید. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل صاحبنظران، خبرگان، اساتید و مربیان در زمینه موضوع این پژوهش میباشند. جهت نمونهگیری برای انجام مصاحبههای عمیق از روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی استفاده شد. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه بود که از 15 نفر به عمل آمد. روایی ابزار پژوهش(مصاحبه)، توسط مصاحبهشوندگان و سپس اساتید متخصص، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تأیید شد و برای سنجش پایایی از روش توافق درون موضوعی استفاده شد که مطابق این روش مقدار پایایی برابر با 0/81 بود. در راستای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش نظریه دادهبنیاد استفاده شد. یافتهها: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر عوامل تعیین کننده در مهاجرت نخبگان ورزشی کشور شامل عوامل علی (جایگاه شغلی ضعیف در جامعه و سیستم مدیریتی ناکارآمد)، عوامل زمینهای (اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی- اجتماعی)، عوامل مداخلهگر (ویژگیهای فردی و محیطی)، راهبردها (بهبود ساختار ورزش کشور و بهبود وضعیت اجتماعی جامعه) و در نهایت پیامدهای این پژوهش (افت کیفیت ورزش قهرمانی و کمبود الگوی ورزشی مناسب در جامعه) میباشد که این مقولهها خود شامل 20 مفهوم و چندین عامل یا کد باز هستند. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، باید سیاستگذاریهای کلان و اقدامات موثری جهت ارتقای سطح کیفیت زندگی اجتماعی و حرفهای ورزشکاران نخبه صورت پذیرد تا روند مهاجرت نخبگان، کنترل و از خسارتهای مادی و معنوی این پدیده جلوگیری به عمل آید. | ||
