چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی میزان مشارکت گیمرهای ورزشهای الکترونیکی در فعالیتهای جسمانی و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر رفتار و تمایلات آنها نسبت به مشارکت در فعالیتهای بدنی بود. روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل گیمرهای نسل زد (متولدین سالهای 1373 تا 1388) ساکن ایران بودند که در ورزشهای الکترونیکی بهصورت حرفهای یا تفریحی فعالیت داشتند و حداقل یک سال تجربه مرتبط در این حوزه را دارا بودند. این افراد بهصورت در دسترس از میان سکوهای گیمینگ، انجمنهای آنلاین، باشگاههای ورزشهای الکترونیکی و سایر اجتماعات مرتبط شناسایی شدند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه، از فرمول کوکران استفاده و تعداد 408 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل دو پرسشنامه استاندارد شامل پرسشنامه تئوری رفتار برنامهریزیشده (شامل سنجش نگرش، هنجار ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری درکشده و میل رفتاری)، پرسشنامه سودمندی و لذت درکشده (برای ارزیابی برداشت کاربران از ارزشها و تجربههای خوشایند حاصل از فعالیت بدنی) و پرسشنامه محققساخته مشارکت در فعالیتهای بدنی بود. بهمنظور تحلیل دادهها، از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) با نرمافزار PLS4 استفاده شد. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که متغیرهای کنترل رفتاری درکشده و هنجار ذهنی، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تمایل بازیکنان ورزشهای الکترونیکی برای مشارکت در فعالیتهای جسمانی دارند. همچنین نگرش مثبت بازیکنان نسبت به فعالیتهای بدنی، بهویژه زمانی که با لذت و سودمندی درکشده همراه است، نقش مهمی در تقویت میل رفتاری آنها ایفا میکند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که برای افزایش مشارکت بازیکنان ورزشهای الکترونیکی در فعالیتهای جسمانی، توجه به عوامل روانشناختی مانند کنترل رفتاری درکشده، نگرش مثبت، و هنجارهای اجتماعی ضروری است. برنامهریزان حوزه ورزش و سلامت میتوانند با طراحی کمپینهای آگاهیبخشی جذاب و مبتنی بر فرهنگ بین نسلی، بر لذت و سودمندی فعالیتهای بدنی تأکید کرده و نگرش مثبت نسبت به این فعالیتها را تقویت کنند. | ||
