بررسی تاثیر مکمل پودر سیر بر شاخصهای رشد و بازماندگی لارو ماهی تترای سیاه (Gymnocorymbus ternetzi) | ||

چکیده | ||
سیر میتواند باعث بهبود سیستم ایمنی و شاخصهای رشد شود و در پیشگیری از بیماریهای عفونی موثر باشد. به منظور بررسی تاثیر پودر سیر بر شاخصهای رشد و بقای لارو ماهی تترای سیاه، این مطالعه با استفاده از 6 آکواریوم و 50 ماهی در هر آکواریوم به صورت تصادفی انجام شد. لاروها در سه تیمار شامل گروه شاهد تغذیه شده با جیره پایه، گروه اول تغذیه شده با جیره دارای 5 گرم در کیلوگرم پودر سیر و گروه دوم تغذیه شده با جیره دارای 10 گرم در کیلوگرم پودر سیر تقسیم شدند و پرورش یافتند. پرورش لاروها به مدت پنج هفته ادامه یافت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که میزان بقا و شاخصهای رشد مانند نرخ رشد ویژه، شاخص وزن بدن و درصد رشد روزانه در گروه اول و دوم بهتر از گروه شاهد بود، گرچه در بیشتر موارد این تغییرات از نظر آماری معنیدار نبود (05/0P>). اما تغییرات میانگین وزن گروههای مورد بررسی در هفتههای دوم، سوم و چهارم از نظر آماری معنیدار بود (05/0P<). به این ترتیب تغذیه با جیره غذایی دارای پودر سیر میتواند باعث بهبود شاخصهای رشد و بازماندگی در ماهی تترای سیاه شود. | ||
