چکیده | ||
بیان مسئله: در جهان امروز حق بهرهمندی همگان از محیطزیست شهری سالم، صرفنظر از وضعیت اجتماعی-اقتصادی، یک الزام اخلاقی پررنگ است. تخریب محیطزیست اغلب بهطور نامتناسبی بر جوامع به حاشیه راندهشده تأثیر گذاشته و سلامت و رفاه را تحتتأثیر قرار میدهد، ازاینرو مطالعه رابطه بین عدالت اجتماعی و کیفیت محیطزیستی برای پرداختن به چگونگی ارزیابی آن حائز اهمیت است. از طریق شناخت این ارتباط حصول اطمینان از مسیر صحیح توسعه شهری میسر شده و راه برای ایجاد سیاستها و چارچوبهای قانونی مؤثر برای رسیدگی به بیعدالتیهای محیطی و اجتماعی هموار میگردد. هدف: این مقاله با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل روشها، چالشها، فرصتها و مؤلفههای علمی در زمینه ارتباط بین عدالت اجتماعی و محیطزیست شهری، مقالات منتشرشده در نشریات علمی معتبر را موردمطالعه قرار میدهد تا به چگونگی رویکردهای ترکیبی، شاخصها و تجلی عدالت اجتماعی و کیفیت محیطزیست شهری در شهرسازی پاسخ دهد. روش: در این پژوهش با جستجوی دو کلیدواژه اصلی "عدالت اجتماعی" و "کیفیت محیطزیست شهری" در پایگاه دادههای علمی ساینس دایرکت ابتدا حدود 112000 مقاله، سپس با تدقیق جستجو در بخش عنوان حدود 5000 مقاله و پسازآن با جستجوی ترکیبی کلیدواژهها 58 مقاله کاملا مرتبط در بازه زمانی 1990 تا 2023 انتخاب شد که موردمطالعه قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان میدهند که مهمترین مؤلفههای ارزیابی وقوع عدالت اجتماعی در محیطزیست شهری در پنج دسته قابل تعریف هستند: مؤلفه محیطی شامل سنجههای کلیدی کیفیت هوا، آسایش اقلیمی و فضای سبز؛ مؤلفه اجتماعی شامل سنجههای کلیدی جمعیت، تحصیلات و مشارکت عمومی که جنبههای انسانی و فرهنگی جامعه را اندازهگیری میکنند؛ مؤلفه اقتصادی شامل سنجههای کلیدی درآمد، هزینهها و تولید ناخالص داخلی؛ مؤلفه بهداشت و سلامت شامل سنجههای کلیدی نرخ شیوع بیماری، مرگومیر و کیفیت زندگی؛ و مؤلفه حقوق شهروندی شامل سنجههای کلیدی سطوح آلایندگی، عوامل محیطی و خدمات محیطزیستی که توزیع فشارها و مزایای محیطزیستی را تحلیل میکنند. نتیجهگیری: تحلیل محتوای مقالات موردمطالعه نشان میدهد که تأثیر متغیرهای عدالت اجتماعی و کیفیت محیطزیست در شهرها در قالب اصطلاح محیطزیست شهری عادلانه، جریان جدیدی از پژوهشهای مرتبط با مطالعات شهری را در برمیگیرد که از یکسو به ابعاد مختلف عدالت از جمله عدالت اجتماعی، عدالت فضایی، عدالت بین نسلی و عدالت بینگونهای میپردازد و از سوی دیگر کیفیت محیطزیست و ابعاد شهری آن را در نظر دارد | ||
