چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، واکاوی رویکردهای حاکم بر ورزش زنان با تأکید بر تحلیل جنسیتی بود. روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل تماتیک (تحلیل مضمون) انجام شد. براین اساس، 150 مقاله پژوهشی معتبر بهصورت نمونهگیری هدفمند و بر اساس اشتراک مفهومی- یعنی رویکرد جنسیتی در ورزش- انتخاب و سپس مورد تحلیل و کدگذاری قرار گرفت. روش اعتبارسنجی پژوهش نیز بر اساس ارائه و بازخورد نتایج پژوهش به صاحبنظران برای تائید نهایی آن اعمال شد. یافتهها: در تحلیل مضمون دادههای پژوهش، از 11 مضمون پایه، سه مضمون اصلی شامل سیطره هنجارهای جنسیتی در ورزش، بازنمایی رسانهای ورزش زنان و شکاف جنسیتی در ورزش، بهعنوان مضمونهای اصلی در رویکردهای جنسیتی حاکم بر ورزش زنان شناسایی شدند. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس سه مضمون پایه، تغییر در نقشها، نگرشها و باورهای جامعه به ورزش زنان میتواند به تغییر هنجارهای جنسیتی در ورزش؛ بازنمایی کمی و کیفی مناسب ورزش زنان در رسانهها و شبکههای اجتماعی به نمایش بهینه مشارکت زنان؛ و در نهایت استقرار برابری جنسیتی در حقوق و مزایا، منابع، آموزش و مدیریت میتواند موجب درک بهتر ورزش زنان و در نتیجه، ایجاد سیاستها و برنامهریزیهای راهبردی در این زمینه راهگشا باشد. | ||
